1st – Fresh start at work. It was down to me to organise the welcome lunch for everyone
2nd – Honestly haven’t laughed until I cried for such a long time
3rd – Kylie was everything I’d hoped and a million times more
4th – We had the most amazing first time at Pride 🏳️‍🌈
5th – Challenged myself to walk the longest escalator on the underground! Smashed it 💪
6th – The little munchkins birthday! So much love for these two ❤
7th – Working at the carwash for RHN. Amazing charity and the people just warm my heart
8th – Time for a pearl bath bomb
9th – Run Talk Run Southwark, so many nice chats and an awesome 5k plod
10th – Its getting real now, packed and ready for the adventure
11th – Awesome 10 mile hike and catch up with Rhonda
12th – Was asked to lead Run Talk run for the first time today, absolutely loved it and somehow it came quite naturally
13th – Its not until you see it all in one place that you realise how lovely and kind your workmates truly are
14th – One of my friends is in Borth on holiday and wrote this in the sand for me (his nickname for me) So many memories in Borth, this made me smile
15th – Last day in the city before going wild in Sweden, so excited 🇸🇪
16th – Off we go! How could I be scared of flying when I’ve got this amazing human to make me smile!
17th – Seriously, how beautiful is Uppsala!
18th – Sharing our first adventure chocolate, something that would become a tradition
19th – It started chucking it down and we discovered this beauty! A tipi, fire pit, and our own private swimming lake . . .just wow!
20th – This has to be one of my fondest memories from the trip. . .the chain bridge! Was so amazing once we’d got over the shock and figured out what we had to do!
21st – We found our own log shelter over looking a stunning lake with a . . .fire pit 😂 so I collected wood, Mark chopped it and I made fire. We then fell asleep with the sun setting behind us
22nd – This was the exact sight I saw as I opened my eyes in my sleeping bag! Took my breath away
23rd – Our final day of hiking, I loved every moment of this adventure. I’m so grateful to have been able to do it
24th – So I’ve arrived back to a heatwave, 33 degrees on an August Bank Holiday weekend!
25th – I decided to see if my running legs still worked, they put up a bit of a fight 😂 it was 9am and already 26 degrees so that’s my excuse
26th – An invitation to a day relaxing at the lido when it’s super hot, how could I say no!
27th – Another scorched so another day in the park ❤ this time a picnic
28th – First day back to work is always difficult but a photo message from a friend to say they were thinking of me made me smile
28th – Back to the lunchtime summertime walks
29th – The munchkins first day at school 😍
30th – A sunny and warm Friday commute
31st – Back to the lido for a proper swim, BEST start to the weekend
